its steam with a bat file that allows steam to be installed without admin so to say you can install it on a school computer

1 Extract the file 2 click steamschool.bat 3 you need to make a folder in the steamschool folder 3.5 and install steam there 4 you need to press the steam.exe folder to start 5 there will be 2 steam errors ignore them evverytime u start steam

Ok so i cant play, it works but i need "DirectX runtime" to download which still needs the admin user and password, can you help or release a patched version to fix that?
